Williams Orthodontics came to us back in 2012, they wanted to expand their practice and increase their new patients. We began by building a beautiful new website using the content we created from video work and photography within their practice. We then build a very effective AdWords campaign and improve organic search engine rankings. These efforts dramatically increased traffic to the website which we effectively captured using our own chat widget called Chat Raven. Visitors enter the site and are immediately engaged in chat conversation with the front office staff. Chat Raven reports each interaction to our Google Analytics and Ads campaign giving Google the data needed to optimize the advertising and budget we are directing at various performing keywords. This feedback loop between Chat Raven and Google automatically optimizes our campaigns increasing the traffic and driving down the cost of acquisition of each new patient.
